The only rumors I hear are for Aber's share as they want to spin off their assets other than Diavik. I personally doubt anyone would take a run at WSP right now. They would have to pay too much of a premium to the current price because a lot of shares are in strong hands and the poison pill is in place. A suitor would have to make everyone happy. Mind you I would probably accept $20 a share this instant. Now when the bulk results come back thing could change. Andy

Hi drg; I haven't any solid leads but another angle to speculate on with ABZ/RTZ/Nevada man/DBRSY with the inside wild card JP (relax I'm referring to Jim Pattison)is this; ABZ options off their 32% of snap to JP so they can get on with Diavik. JP has declared 10% of WSP and may still be buying, needing 8.1% more to control snap based on confirming results. Nevadaman (lassonde?) might be tag teaming with JP via ABZ but we get Canuck's owning a Canuck mine with Canuck exploration team. I like it, but I bet the South African's don't and probably will do something to make this multinational. My question to anyone is an educated guess of ABZ 32% worth in snap. Lots of combinations and would love to be a fly on the wall during the "jockey for position" meetings. chew on it and lets hear some others.wj
