poindexter;

where has your research and analysis gotten you on srcm? Math isn't very complicated and I don't put a CFA after my name. Hows this for math.. you have bought stock for more money than you sold it for. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's not the idea of the game.

Can the massive dilution crap also, it's pathetic. So what if It's dilutive. I'd rather have 50% of an outstanding co that is well funded and well managed and become partners with TCI, NEWS CORP, John Malone, and Rupert Murdoch than 100% of a co with huge debt, no technology, no revenue, no significant partners. This is the joint venture you estimate to be worth maybe 50 million tops. ROFL!!

Assuming the warrents get exercised SRCM goes from being 100 million in debt to having 100 million in the bank.The IT Network will now be selling advertising for TV Guide on line. They no longer have to spend money for the development of the IC or Virtual Modem. The JV with United Video gives them instant carriage with TCI. The distribution possibilities are endless. Try and spin this any way you want but you have been wrong every move and you're still wrong. And I know you know it.

What difference does it make if you think UV got a great deal?? The money is irrelevent. This deal is about the huge future pie that the JV is gonna create. This was srcm's best way into the game .

These two co's have been speaking for months. The stock has been as low as 4$ and as high as 25$ during that time. Trying to pick a sales price based on the trading price under those circumstances is ridiculous. If the deal was consumated a couple of months before when the stock was 8$ srcm would look like heroes. A couple months later, all the details are ironed out and the stock is higher, that means the fundamentals of the deal have changed?? Sure.

We'll see what the analysts have to say after they hear from United Video. Many analysts cover this co and they will have to follow srcm because of the JV.

So to recap for the intellectually impaired;
I trade dilution for 212,000,000 $ into srcm, payoff debt, grow IT Network, and own 45% of A JV that is totally funded by United Video with 12 million$ that the ceo of United Video thinks should ultimately be valued on the same level if not higher as @home.

You call this a bad deal for srcm shareholders?? You should be ashamed.

Pop quiz;
How much stock did @home have to give to TCI for distribution??? And how was it valued in relation yo the stock price??
