My guess is that they had pictures.

"Commitment to" is different than a Loan. My Guess, is that they spoke to someone, explained everything, and was told, well I think we can help, so you have got my commitment to seek final approval from my bosses. Shortly there after they either change the conditions or don't loan.

I am trying to think what the will do with the money even if they do get it. What are they just going to pay off the 3.9M in debt then loose the rest in a few months. Where is the money going to come in from. A loan seems like giving water to a man in the desert only to see him use it to wash his hands, can not believe that anybody would do it either
