If you're not on SFU's fax list you should get on it. Call Sean, he'll only be there a couple more weeks, 604-266-9910, or I suppose the toll free number. He's updating their fax list now. He called me then faxed over some interesting stuff on Dec Doran, of Oil Spill Control Services.
