I did my DD and talked with the Company about this non-issue of yours.
They told me the name was bought fair and square from an outside source!
If you are too lazy to do some basic research on these ominous allegations of yours I can't help it.

Well Janice, the previous owner was:
WILKINSON, PAMELA J
200 E. ROBINSON ST., STE 450
ORLANDO, FL 32801

It appears that she resurrected the company from the depths inactivity with a filing in July of 1998. It seems that Darren began his .COM career somewhat later.

I suspect that our little buddy Darren Little purchased the name and the shell for the $200K figure stated in the press release. (Note that the remainder of the $1.1M is to be paid as a 4% royalty against revenue for the site. So they will need to do $27.5M in revenues before that fee is paid off.) I'm betting that Pamela isn't really expecting to see that money. Just a guess of course. So I suspect that Pamela is not really an insider in the way that the refugees from the other gambling on-line companies might be. They seem to have the experience of running these ventures after all.
