Mike, what people are generally referring to as global variables with respect to QP2 is the ability to maintain a variables state from one security to the next. Its probably more accurately what "C" calls a static variable. QP2 really doesn't have any scope though. It needs scope and subroutines to get much more powerful. Gary knows how we feel on these issues. Sean
