- don't go the reform party route - that'w what got us Slick Willie - twice.

- the answer is for the business community to actively support pro-business candidates - and it makes me sick the way CEO's - who are killing their shareholders in the process - are constantly backing tax & spend Democrats

So, why don't you just send a email to Bill Gates to encourage him to register as a presidential candidate of year 2000 , and turn the DOJ case into a political issue. I bet he will get the support of the majority of the American voters, the pole already showed that .

So you've just said the government has no rights to control a business making business decision. And in here you are telling me that business should have a hand in politics, aren't you the biggest hypocrite in the world? You can't have it both ways.

Face it, government should be able to regulate out-of-control business practice. Again, how can you speak for most people? Is this case more important than the integrity of the presidential candidates, more important than the social security reform, health care reform, deterioating family values and education system, increasing international conflicts, tax-cuts, trade deficit? It might be more important than the Chinese human-rights record, but it isn't more important than the other issues. And I haven't touched the pro-choice, pro-life issue, or the ethics of cloning issue.

Face it, this case only matters to you because of your 80% stake in MSFT stocks. If your 80% is on NSCP, will your view change?

Money is evil. I think you should become a monk living in Himalaya, that way, your life will be much simpler, less pain.

We just have to let those people know that going after MSFT is the same as losing vote in 2000. I hope Al Gore is listening! I will not vote for the Dem. just because their anti-business practice and the ridiculous way they are after MSFT. Then again, where is the Republican (the so called business friendly party)? It is probably time to start a new party. Right, there is a reform party.
