First of all before I give SOWK shareholders the explanation on
T A P's behalf for the members email in question this is not a post to continue the "fight" as you mention in post #319 and though T A P still views your previous posts # 213, 238, 240, and 291 as libelous, I now see the root from which they sprang and only wish you would of brought this out before as it would of saved us all a lot of time and energy. I do want to clarify that this is the release referred to in Dwlima post #306 although not a news release( member email) and not "exactly" the same as the actual news release on 2/10 before the bell.

"I do have a news release from you that was received from a friend of mine. The release was sent out 1 day earlier than the public release and is exactly the same."

SOWK gave T A P the go ahead to let our members know the details of the dividend being all the necessary documents for the dividend were already filed with the proper agencies and were under the impression it was public record before T A P sent email on 2/9 at approximately 8 pm est. Also SOWK view was the news was to be released before the bell on 2/10 so giving the details of the dividend 4 hours after closing bell 2/9 would not give anyone an unfair advantage to buy the stock being the news was available to all before it could be traded.
The email was simply to bring SOWK to T A P members attention so they could research the company if they wanted and so they would not be confused about the disbursement of dividend shares and the holding time frame of shares to be entitled to dividend shares if they decided to purchase shares at all after their own D.D. on SOWK.
Well there you have it! Hopefully this puts this soap opera to rest and we all have learned a little something from it all. Things are not always what they appear and people can see things differently than they really are.All the more reason to do your own research and ask questions directly to all parties involved before jumping to conclusions based on what you read here on the threads, then buying or selling a stock.
