Mary - thank you for those articles.... Believe it or not I actually had to use a somewhat similar process (didn't know that it had been actually developed already - would've saved me no end of experimentation - <G>) when I was at Bell Labs, and even now at my current company. At Bell Labs. one of the main problems that we faced was the future of research that was needed to be performed. I was a VERY junior member of the teams and so was handed the task of developing and collating the various views (I know this sounds somewhat strange but the higher ups prefered to concentrate on pure research, and I was hired primarily because I was supposed to understand systems and systematic evaluation techniques due to my supposed expertise in Total Quality Control and Manufacturing systems - damned if I know what the heck they were thinking about - <VBG>). Anyway, I want to thank you, I'll be reading those articles (I've bookmarked them) with great interest - but alas, now I must bid you, and everyone else, adieu and a FABULOUS night....
