Your statement of the stock being overvalued could apply to:
AOL, Amazon, Ebay, Yahoo, and just about all of the Internet stocks because of the problem with revenue projection in this new arena. The rules don't apply and you know it!
Nothing applies! A company meets street earnings(Dell) and the stock goes down! Last month a company would announce negative earnings(Amazon) and the stock went up! Please don't presume that you know what will happen with any Internet stock! It is still too new.
With regards to making money on OTC stocks; of course you can daytrade them every day and the possibility of making money is there. That is part of the reason that the stock is low and volatile. No one holds it!
I doubt many investors knew at the onset, just how successful Yahoo and Amazon would be. They bought the stock and held it and look what it did!
Yes, I think Bid.com is capable of making $50.00 a share or more; although I do not know for a fact. Ubid shortly after being an IPO, went up to about the $175 range. It took a few weeks for it to come back down to a more comfortable level. If this stock gets the right exposure on CNBC,etc., they will buy! "IF you build it, they will come!"
