CDnow Announces Official Rollout of CDuctive Music Catalog for Custom CDs; CDnow's Custom Shop Connects Fans to Favorite Rock Artists
FORT WASHINGTON, Pa., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- CDnow (Nasdaq: CDNW), the Internet's number one music store, announces the official debut of the CDuctive music catalog in CDnow's Custom Shop, with the Rock Stars -- Before They Were Big collection, featuring songs from early releases recorded by some of today's hottest Rock artists, before they were signed to major record labels. The Rock Stars-Before They Were Big collection, featuring artists such as Green Day and Hole, represents the Custom Shop's first non-holiday collection of music and will remain in the store indefinitely as a new product line.
CDnow's Rock Stars -- Before They Were Big collection (cdnow.com/customshop) allows visitors to create a custom CD with up to 12 songs, arrange them, choose a title, and create a personal liner note. Once an order is placed, CDnow produces the custom CD and ships it to the address of the customer's choice.
Visitors can choose from a vast selection of songs from artists such as: Green Day, Hole, Elliott Smith, Iggy Pop, Dead Kennedys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Sugar Ray, Butthole Surfers, Joey Ramone, Monster Magnet, Black Flag, Built to Spill, Misfits, Fugazi, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, L7, Mercury Rev, Jesus Lizard, The Dandy Warhols, and more.
