martin, Good review on opinions of the past. I have to give Charlie O credit for sticking to his guns and not down grading Vivus based on the fact that the stock price continues to be low 8 months after he gave a buy rating when the stock was priced at $7.00. Many analysts will down grade a stock when it is at or near a 52 week low--such advise is like closing the barn door after the horse gets out. I also feel that if the two remaining analysts had any balls they would upgrade Vivus on valuation alone(Just wait and see--they will do their upgrades AFTER Vivus announces a domestic partner and AFTER the stock makes a significant run up. Who needs that type of analysis?). They can safely sit on their hold recommendations while Vivus is in the dumps and look like they are "right".
