I guess they must be economizing on expenses, I didn't even get a notice of meeting, and have been a shareholder since the initial IPO.
By coincidence I sold the last of my shares to-day before I saw the NR. Doesn't owe me anything that's for sure

Good long term prospect IMHO but no longer gave me that adrenaline rush. Turned out to be a 6 bagger overall for me so I'm not complaining. Now for the long slow grind to productive success after a false start with a coffee bean.

Lots of luck.

It certainly is a better buy today than it was several months ago. I notice that Union Securities is still supporting the deal which is a good sign. I bought the stock at $ .66 some time ago, and then I sold it for $ 2.40 because at that time I could not in good conscience justify holding it beyond a market cap of $ 14 Million. ( I try to govern my investment activities according to the principals laid out at ontopequity.com as a point of discipline and caution) CPY can perhaps command a higher market cap than that now, due to the positive developments to date.
I think you will start to see a run in the stock soon. However, I am not intending to buy more CPY as I do not have the time to follow it closely at this time. ( I do not invest in companies that I do not have time to conduct adequate due diligence on)
