The list of shareholders on the Cabec website does not include shares held in street name in a brokerage account. Take Consolidated Capital, the old PR firm. They still, I believe, own two million shares or so, but they're not included (most of the shares, that is) on the list for that reason. The same applied to the Bailey shares, I believe.
