Hey Nut, you guys just don't get it. What I do is capitalize on the public's mood swings, that's all. Take DELL right now. Personally I think it is only a $70 to $80 company. But since the public bought it up to over $100 already over the last month, it is proven (in the publics mind) to be worth aroung $100. I wait until the stock goes down (at least 20% if you're going to make any money) and then buy and wait. I wouldn't reccomend buying call options with this stradegy though (even though that is exactly why you buy them) because you have to be locked into a strike price and sometimes things just don't happen fast enough. Personnally I don't feel completely comfortable with options yet, but I have made some small profits selling them early.

To the point though, I didn't even know anything about the OTCBB just 4 months ago. I reluctantly was 'forced' into becoming aware of it when a stock that I was rolling (and was making a killing doing it) was suddenly delisted from the NYSE and sent to the OTCBB. (PRG) The more I learned about it, the more I started to realize that your potential here is FAR better than national market companies if only just because of the small prices and floats obviously. But as everyone also knows, it can be DANGEROUS too!

The KEY to success in these things is keeping ABSOLUTE track of the talk around the message boards. Get on EVERYONE'S mailing list (ie. PENNYPICKER, WALL STREET WEST, Etc) Don't just arbitrarily buy into the hype, pay attention to the talk; get a feel for what the 'buzz' is. It's alot of reading, but it PAYS OFF! When you notice that the talk starts to really get heated up and news is out or something seems to be going on that might affect things, then you act.

One of my most profitable moves in the last year was BAMM. I was just reading randomly all over the Yahoo boards and came across BAMM. I remember that it was the begining of the Thanksgiving week. They were supposed to anounce that week that they were going to start a website to compete with Amazon. After countless hours of reading posts, I bought 1500 shares the next day for about $8.00. By Wed that week it was up to I think $13 or so. But you should have seen the talk on the board that night. They had announced the website and the next trading day was the Friday after which was I think a half day. It ran to $47. I got out early though at $42. You add it up. I can only credit hype to that run, because the stock has proven to be a loser over the long run. But I was there early keeping in touch with the pulse of the message boards. Trust me, it pays off!

I see you guys have been trashing Wall Street West. I have never heard of them 'till tonight. I checked out the site and the record they have and I am quite impressed. I'm not betting the bank on them, but it is worth keeping track of. The more info the better. But more importantly, if they do have that many people watching what they do (15k or so?) that alone is important to keep in mind because of these OTCBB companies small floats. If you're smart, you can get rich do this. Thank GOD for the internet!
