Fred,
Very impressive analysis of ICCSA. With so little revenue,
and what appears to be a hopeless product, I am inclined to
think of this company more as a shell. With the low
number of shares currently outstanding, I don't understand
why current management would not be looking to try and
merge with a "real" company, which would
inject this dog with money, a business, and, most importantly,
utilize the $15 million in losses on the books to shelter
any future gains. Probably a very unlikely scenario, but
that is my only hesitation in shorting it. Of course, once
the floorless gets approved, it's game over.

SH

Thanks for the excellent report. Nice job.

Reading the last 10Q, I am a bit mystified about something.
Operating expenses were ~$1 million, net cash from financing was
$356,405. But net cash flow was only negative $65,410.
Why? Because of $669,315 provided by "Other net cash provided by (used in) operating activities".

I read the entire 10Q (admittedly rather quickly) and could find
no source for the mysterious $669,315. Where did it come from?
What sort of "operating activities" produce loads of cash but
no revenue?

Very thorough and thoughtful post, Fred. I haven't shorted a stock since SATH, feeling a little unbalanced in my trading port with so much bias on the long side. ICCSA looks like a very good candidate to restore some equilibrium in my port. Will do my own dd first, of course.
