exactly: well said: insider filing to sell, at this point is a good sign: either filing because they know ipo is coming up or sales , filed weeks ago, to buy into netradio, to purchase calls or for personal reasons. Clearly officers filing to sell now, are doing it in anticipation of the ipo; 90 days is a good window and they clearly expect the filing before the end of the month; the actual ipo probably thirty days after that.

Coydogbark-I'm well into six figures on NAVR too, and I agree with your comments completely! This is probably the last good buying opportunity prior to the registration. People hack the company and management for the delays, but you can bet the underwriters are using their best judgement for the timing. I also think that they thought they were going to register the following Monday or Tues. after they made they made the globe.com announcement, which would have been a good ramp up, but something happened, maybe discussions regarding a sale of NetRadio (you can bet they are getting expressions of interest)and pulled back to evaluate the deals. The grammy rumor will no doubt take it above 15 in the next day or two.

Fun to speculate huh? I'd put up good money that next week is the week! Let's hope all the pieces fall in place for them!

Oh, one thing I don't think we have to speculate about is that Navarre and NetRadio are worth more than $13 per share, even if there are twenty some million shares out there.
