American Coin Merchandising Signs Four Year Agreement With Denny's

BOULDER, Colo., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- American Coin Merchandising, Inc., ``ACMI,'' (Nasdaq: AMCN - news) announced today it has reached an agreement with Denny's, Inc. that will make ACMI Denny's exclusive skill-crane operator for its company-owned restaurants.

ACMI believes it was successful in reaching this agreement because of its ability to operate nationwide, offer high quality merchandise, provide frequent route servicing and generate higher revenue per skill-crane than other operators.

``We are excited about the opportunity to place skill-cranes in the restaurants of one of the largest and most recognized brands in the United States,'' said Randall J. Fagundo, president and chief executive officer of ACMI. ``The Company and our franchisees will be able to service Denny's locations through our current network of offices.''

Based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Denny's, Inc. operates approximately 800 company-owned restaurants throughout the country.

American Coin Merchandising, Inc., headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and its franchisees own and operate more than 13,000 coin-operated skill-crane machines throughout the United States. These machines dispense stuffed animals, plush toys, watches, jewelry and other items.
