I found the following statement very damaging... "Indeed, Elan Corp. has, among other things, informed certain drug manufacturers that it is aware of the nature of such manufacturer's business agreements with Fuisz Technologies. Because drug manufacturers rely on keeping such information secret in order to compete in the drug industry, such reports from Elan Corp. have infuriated certain Fuisz Technologies clients and damaged Fuisz Technologies' relationship with them." Glad I bailed some time ago and dodged this one at least.
