Syl98,

AOL Chairman Steve Case's comments don't prove anything. The company could easily be in acquisition/equity stake talks with another I-net company and just doesn't want to tip their hand prematurely. In some cases, rumour can do more damage to a company than its worth. Much better to surprise the market than get all "pumped" up before the deal's been signed.

I just wonder how BII would fit into the picture if a partnership with EBAY comes to fruition? Seems like they might find themselves out on the street as EBAY rules the auction industry.
