CD rom... you might consider replacing those with SCSI.

If one wants to boot CDROM..SCSI CDROM drives may present a problem in some setups..may be a minor issue, especially with multiple harddrive boot options. I tried the NT install from a CD boot with the NT CDROM and the setup locked up. I resorted to a floppy boot to get off on the right foot.

I was fortunate to have a SCSI and an IDE CDROM drive in my latest installation battle. I was surprised that sometimes the SCSI CDROM was the only one recognized.

Dave

I found this at the Antec site

The Standard DataSwap has a 4.4 gigabyte size limit for
IDE drives, and a 6 gigabyte for SCSI drives.

How does the 13 gig hdd work with the Antec enclosures in light of the above?

And are both ide and scsi versions swappable without turning off the computer? I see there is a power switch, does this enable a drive switch w/o turning off the PC?
