Most likely the reason why BII insiders own less than 10% of outstanding shares IMO. Probably see the same kind of scenario unfolding, and there again, you won't see more than $20 U.S. at the most. Possibly less, depending on the rival's offer and how much they are willing to pay. Regardless, BII management is not really in a position to block a takeover bid anyhow.

In any event, BII will most likely not be an AOL partner after their agreement expires later this year should EBAY and AOL team up. IMO.
