What is Velcrap? One of millis' piece of crap companies that he talked HK into while HK was in a drunken stupor? And when the deal was made it included adhatters and envirotech, which by the way have not been spun off, until the registration statements are filed, approved, etc. You people talk about restricted stock, HA!, it will never be tradeable until it is registered. Call your broker, there is no legend on that stock, it is simply untradeble. If there were a legend on the certificates that would be a real plus. All that the Drunk did was tell you a bunch of crap to scare me and Butch off. We are not that dumb. Maybe you are, who knows. But as far as the securities laws are concerned, they are still one entity. Good luck to you all. I apologize for any inconvienience that I have or may cause in my pursuit of justice.
