I am an mb customer and I am overall happy with their service. I don't think you have to worry about getting ripped off. If you do not want to wait for the upgrades I am sure they would refund your money. They had a very profitable year in 1998 and have had a lot of new customers sign up. I think they are serving the existing customer base well by not overloading the system until they upgrade. ab whatley has a very good reputation as well. I think they would be a good choice as well.
