No I don't believe that is correct. I didn't actually own any shares at that time, my neighbor did so I will verify with him tomorrow, but my understanding is that a T shareholder kept the original number of T shares, plus they received 32 sh (for every 100 of T) of LU and 8 sh (again, for every 100 sh of T) of NCR. Apparently just like a split only the additional shares were for the divested companies.

I this is not correct, I will clarify in the morning. I hope this helps more than it confuses.
