Microsoft Investor gives the ISP average price/sales ratio as 20.52, which, assuming sales of $3.50 share for pcntf, would value the company at $71.82.
Maybe we will luck up with another round of internet hysteria.

Well, it took a month, but it finally came:

Just be aware that Neither Cowen or Bear Stearns have aggressive price targets, and the stock may dive once their targets are released (each analyst is looking for $30).

Also, the company will guide this year's estimates earnings lower during the upcoming conference call.
