Well, you finally talk !!! I knew there are some CSCO employee and high level managers on this thread, so just make up some theory to push the CSCO managers to split the stock . Because I own both LU and CSCO , and I prefer CSCO also split as LU at this price. LU and CSCO are both good companies and will do very well in the future. I did not expect so many flames from CSCO lovers , and I feel a lot of fun when these guys got frustrated about my posts, and I did play with them with a good time, and I won't post any more till the end of this week . I knew someone ask CSCO's manager why stock not split in the communication meeting !!!!!!!!!!!

<As a Cisco employee, I am VERY glad that it does not split the stock yet since my performance review is coming up and with it is another grant option. Heck, I even hope that the price will go down>

no wonder csco is going down, how many of the same type as you wishing the stock to be down. Looks like you all are very good for the shareholders, what a joke.

Sonny, Do all Cisco employees get reviewed in early March? I think the guy who speculated that JC may hold off the split until reviews are over might have had a good point. I know the delay is frustrating for some of the short term shareholders, but to us LT types (well, me at least), timing of the split is a non issue.

Congratulations to you and your co-workers for a fine job last year. Hope you get rich along with us shareholders <g>.

Frank

Yep,
That's what Chambers' has always said , he will do what it takes
to motivate employees that are in the company as well as make the
company attractive for prospective employees . And the only way
to do that is to sustain constant but sustained growth as it's been
in the past.

I would expect a 2-1 split at Cisco's earnings time in May (assuming
the market doesn't tank in the next month or two ).
