FMK> You must have been busy to come so late to the party, I would think that it must be especially sweet the last week for you. After all the adversity this company has suffered in the last several years you have persevered the disappointments and nay sayers with their insults (including some of my nagging) and have consistently kept your eyes on the prize. It is true that Lev and company have been the ones to develop the product, but you have been unwavering in your support and belief in this company and I don't think you fell in love with it, after all there hasn't been much to love. Anyway, I for one appreciate your efforts, it has refocused me more than once on the positive side of this company and I hope you get everything you deserve plus 25%. duckster

Seldom in a long investing career have I felt this good about a stock's near and long term potential. Thanks to the quality of the information on this thread I first bought in in early Jan 99. I added to this position four additional times including options. The last two times were last friday after the CC and today. VLNC is now my third largest position and I expect it to be the largest due to appreciation by summer.

The mass media has not really picked up on this PR's significance but it will soon. The real bounce in the stock price from today's news hasn't hit yet. I believe we are going over 10 within 4 trading days and are very unlikely to see it under 10 again. The main reasons I bought this stock are still to come. Today's news is a totally unanticipated bonus.

TA: I haven't done any recently but trust the earlier comment that the stock is at the upper bollinger band. This happens on every stock during a run up. Soon some of the TA gurus will start to see some sell signals usually by claiming that the stock has run too far too fast. Many of you have held this stock a long time and it would be a shame if you bail out with merely a double.

Lev has laid out the path for those who can put 2 and 2 together.
He wants to raise money via stock offering and must if this company is going to grow quickly. Debt just won't work much longer especially when this company begins to be valued by more traditional methods like PE and growth rate ratios. Lev no doubt has a plan of timed releases of info leading up to this offering.

Anybody want to speculate what that will be? Although I'm sure caution due to fear of lawsuits will temper matters, just prior to a stock offering is definitely not the time to be timid with good news.

I have on one occasion been legal counsel to a corporation during a stock offering on a company smaller than Vlnc. While the board heeded my advice to be cautious generally, every effort was made to be as positive as possible without getting sued. My experiences and intuition suggest strongly that a series of press releases will be coming over the next several weeks followed by the offering announcement and then the quiet period! If the company didn't expect to have lots of good news soon they wouldn't be talking about an offering.

I intend to keep some powder dry as I anticipate call buying opportunities.

Good island shopping to all the good posters on this thread....our time has come!
