Sector-thanks, my impression from your posts and others who have met with management is that these guys are pretty frugal and my investment thesis in MRVC is that management is spending disproportionately on R & D, manufacturing capacity, sales and support, systems for a company of this size. Therefore, they are planning for considerable growth. In fact they have been growing at an exceptional rate for several quarters and are trying to take giant steps currently. That is the scariest and most exciting part for me that they might be trying so much that it will be very difficult to succeed. The upside is enormous and they've enough resources to see through a considerable effort. I'm holding at a large loss like many, but feel like I won't begin to get nervous until this time next year; if they aren't booking close to 50m in light wave components by q1 next year I will begin to reconsider this investment. I sure would like to see a marketing alliance in the next few months (mostly to validate your opinion of the technology) BTW-I assume that the component value of Fibredriver is booked in MRV even though the NBase/Xyplex division installs and supports it? For a small company, the accounting is complex, don't you think? Maybe these guys have been really minimizing the tax bite.

Best regards.

Mike
