and JR, Barry & Drake:

Here's the scene folks . . . After the close yesterday, Dicky Thalheimer, PR Spinmeister extraordinaire, sits dejected with his disciples wondering why SHRP was down on a day they issued the umpteenth press release hyping the SHRP website.

Ms. Wan pipes up, "Hey Dick, maybe the street is up to here with these releases. Maybe they don't really care if they can get a 3D view of a overpriced/souped-up gadget that does what normal people do for themselves. Maybe they realize that it will take months before there are enough Pentium IIIs out there before even a few use it to look at SHRP's website. Maybe its much ado about nothing."

Keep 'em flying Dicky. You're the best. Oh, by the way, don't forget to register the next tranche of insider stock. Time is running out on the bubble valuation of SHRP. Kerpow! Single digits here we come.

Hey, Hey, guess what today is? February 22nd - it's SHRP Auction Site Day according to the February 16th press release! Let the fun begin! Now we can buy all these overpriced gadgets that have been returned and repaired for less than full price! Now we can buy a $2400 vibrating chair for $200? Wow. Maybe all these buyers of SHRPs full price products will stop paying full price and wait until the item comes up on auction and maybe SHRP's sales will tank- Wata Yu Tnk? Maybe the auction site will lose money for years to come. This is gonna be a day to reckon with. Yippie! does anybody care? Come on guys lets hear from you. I'm getting lonely big boy!

Hey Dicky - I just checked the SHRP website and no auction page! What happened? This is D-day and no show - whoops! Maybe we have a failure to communicate. Maybe Dicky has been hyping the auction site so he can dump insider stock. Maybe Dicky should get sued for fraud. Maybe the SEC should look into this.
