The initial part of the trial as I recall is referred to as a Marksman hearing. A panel of industry experts will listen to the evidence by both sides to determine if there is sufficient evidence. That would be the first procedure that would be set in motion in early April. Any determination made by that trial would then be submitted to a formal trial at a later date. In any case, neither side seems to be interested in a court appearance.
