I give you credit for your optimism; I am in wait and see mode. Didn't Fixler "heroicly" not take 4,000,000 options on FIXC last year and didn't he sell a large number of shares for a buck to another officer of the company? Doesn't he know more about the "Cheatum" deal then the rest of us? The judge that vacated the order probably knows more about this situation then we do as well. I am long never short. I have just seen situations like this before and the guys in the white hat don't always win the day. I hope we & FIXC wins the day. Best Regards, daaan
