Thanks Victor,I whole heartedly agree. Also remember,the reason these I-net IPO's have performed well (or one of the reasons) is the float size..As you say, any distribution would be miniscule(?)..IMO, I would look for similar numbers to ZDNet 100mm authorized and immediately outstanding--approx. 10% being spun,a few % in warrants/options and the rest held by ZD..My timing sucked with this stock(44),had the market figured for the drop..but impatience one out<g>..DD
