tonto,, I have said that I would avoid this thread, as any action would be done elsewhere. Apparently, such action has been done elsewhere, and I applaud it. I am a person who considers loyalty and friendship to be above anything else. I think that I have demonstrated that. However, on the "e-mail thread", my words have been "screw 'em, sue 'em". :) I apologize to you if any actions on my part caused you any pain, although I really think that you overplayed the actions of my friend. .:) I believe that you know, from our PM's of the past, that I never trusted GM or RB. However, I went along with my friends. They are my friends and I must go along with them for, without them, what is there? If there is some hard evidence, I would really like to know it. For me, for a long time, this has been about nailing the scammers, y'know. I don't care about getting back the money, as it is gone. I do care about getting the scammers who took the money. I do care about "getting the scammers" of any stock. There's too many people who can be hurt. BTW tonto, sometimes your friends can do more harm than good. s martin's posts can only inflame. Maybe the no-good, rotten, miserable, self-seving, egotistical, scum sucking sob has something to say, but his way of saying it puts a lot of us off. Let's try not to do that. tonto, if there is something to be done, then I am there. If it's a few hundred bucks per shareholder, then sobeit! I do not expect to get my money back. I haven't for some months. However, I have always expected to make the proper persons pay for what they did. If this takes a few more bucks from me, then they are well spent. This post would be to Riley, if he chose to be here. Instead, because of the way things are, it's to you, tonto. I hope that we can go forward. Very best regards, AD
