Neil Braun from NBC is heading the new company, Magnitude Network, which is backed by CMGI and will compete with BCST. The preceding post should indicate that the Neil Braun company is backed by CMGI, and not competing with it.

I believe Neil Braun has joined WITH CMGI to create the new company, not competing against them. Do I have that wrong?
