It's how most IPO's perform before the market has a track record of assigning them a value. Look at PER. Companies don't get much more solid and it has traded everywhere from 30 to the 60's. EPAY has actually been pretty steady. In a general tech downdraft, don't be surprised to see your favorite small caps take a beating for no reason. To get out of the way, diversify into more non-tech stocks. Otherwise you have to learn to live with the volatility. Or buy something "safe" like DELL. Oops, scratch that.
