These are good questions. I personally like the way they are growing.
They release a lot pr PR's, but no hype in them. Whether they are or will be profitable is the $64,000 question. They are not reporting yet. I read a message on Raging Bull that said the company was filing a form 10 in a couple of weeks.

I emailed the company with some questions yesterday. Any information I get, I'll post here.

I spoke to Israel Goldreich today. Here's what I got out of him:

They have 10 employees. Of which, there are 6 developers and 1 web designer.

They are filing patents for the Max characters and for the "concept" of using them as kind of ambassadors to their web sites and products.

They have been getting 40,000 hits a day on their web site.

They are filing a Form 10 with the SEC, hopefully in a few weeks, to become reporting.

When the stock price went over $3.00, a couple weeks ago, they received calls from several big name brokerage houses asking for information about their company.
