Jack, a couple more questions for you to ask if it's not to late. What IP address class will Jimmy be using? Does he have any plans to move forward with IP ver 6 ? What type of SNMP/RMON management are they going to use. Unix or NT ? Do the boxes have any embedded management such as Java? Thanks again, Mark

On the non-tech side, I'ld like to know: 1. When will they file the financials, and do they realize that OTC firms will be DELISTED starting this summer if they do not file. And since they are doing it in alphabetical order, DGIV will be amongst the first (if they change their name to ZeldaCom, we will suspect something). 2. How many customers have they signed up for the China service, and what is the procedure for those interested in the service to get it? I advised them in writing that I had customers for them, and they did not give me the answer. 3. When was the last Stockholders' Meeting and when is the next one? I thought I saw something about Jimmy having travel plans so they postponed it? I thought the law is that you must have a Stocholders' meeting at least once a year, no matter who is traveling. Thanks.
