Who is Sharon Bailey? Why does she have to file to sell? (must be an insider) Why is she selling now? (what does she know) The answer to these and other shareholder questions will be handled by the IR firm? jmt

to all every singel 144 what was filed is from the old stock what was issued from curton befor i got into this picture. and i am not able to have any controll of this. curton when he was running cabec isuued ca 33 million stocks and from this amount there is today ca 20400000 in the float. i like to confirm that from the stock i and my assosiates got we have not filed any 144 or sold any into the float. i hope that clears some of the clouds. m.john Cabec/PPP
