Victor..I believe you are right, but one compliment I will give to CPQ over all other vendors I deal with is the superiority of their servers for businesses. That being said, I've been very disappointed with CPQ's performance since I bought shares at $34 ten or so months ago.

Did you jump back in yet? CPQ looking like it's hit bottom as it's
at +7/8(at least at 10:56).
The local paper had a story this am that Shopping.com is
being sued for $10 mil. by investment banking firm. The allegation is
shop. hired firm in June to advise shop. on mergers and acquisitions.
Firm was to receive 189,877 shares, wants 2.88 mil. in fees in
conjunction with CPQ deal.
With all this bad pr (MSFT, Shp.com, stuffing), CPQ looks strong.
