Oscar, I have heard that the Globe piece could help lay the groundwork for a serious shareholder lawsuit against the CML management who engineered the sweetheart deal with DDJ. They probably have insurance, but given the way this deal unfolded it would not surprise me if some of the players have criminal liability as well.
