VNTV has been shopping the company for a long period of time and there have been no takers. The list of potential buyers hasn't changed and only ORCL could buy them given the others stock prices (SAP, PSFT, BAANF etc...).

I said that it was undervalued based on P/S but not on P/E.

I am taking your answer as a takeover play, then. I have quite a few of those going already, so I guess I shouldn't back up the truck !
