When they screw you and then do nothing to correct it, it's certainly not libel to warn people how unscrupulous they are.

I've always thought that many satisfied customers of a brokerage firm do not want to say that they are happy with the service.Instead if they are, they say nothing. The reason is that they don't want additional customers to diminish the service.
