Yes it does show there is more demand for VIGN than WEBT and BIGT, the T's at the end prob mean terminal short.

This IPO was put on hold several months ago, at the time I had backed out of my allotment with Dean Witter a couple of days before it was due to price, because another IPO in the same game did nothing. These people are tower builders, nothing sexy.
