I just talked to Kaufman: "No way, over my dead body, has anyone done or are thinking about doing a convertible". He's got control over those types of financial activities. I like that. Sounds like a buying opportunity on a good solid tree shaking. Maybe some naked shorting going on here. Time to load up... Mark

Glen I posted this message on 1/17/99----I don't post this reminder to gloat---but just to bring out there were warnings given---for those that played this at it's beginning pump phase are now counting their money---I would not be surprised to find out Phatt and Sly have made a handsome profit on what I view as a classic pump and dump.Max90
