That's a silly question.

Merciful God. How sad this is.

How anyone can support Bill Clinton and claim to have a conscience is beyond rationality. Someone here actually claims history will be kind to Clinton and that America's children will even be taught virtue by Clinton's response to his scandals. Well, many here know my beliefs concerning the American public, so they will not be surprised when I say I agree with this prediction. In light of so many so-called “historians” who rallied to Clinton's defense, I cannot deny history will be kind to Bill Clinton's legacy. Additionally, in light of America's response to both the Lewinsky scandal and to Clinton's likely rape of this poor Broaddrick woman, I cannot deny America will continue to look to Bill Clinton as a model leader.

What does it mean to have no respect for the president but to have admiration for the presidency? Many of us claim to do this, but I often wonder what we mean by it. It seems to me this is but one of many popular but empty-headed “feelgoodisms” that really has little meaning. To my way of thinking, a presidency capable of accepting such a liar, cheat and scoundrel as Bill Clinton, is a presidency unworthy of much respect.

I support Clinton 110% after reading this. This is all the more reason I was against the impeachment and against the Republican's. This is a woman that put information in the record years ago. We are now supposed to judge crimes on what people say 10 years later which contradicts what they said on the record at the time of the incident? If we ran our justice system like that; no case would ever be over. People change their tune for all sorts of motives; money being a big one when it involves the President. Innuendo seems to be all that is needed now to convict; what kind of a scary country do you want to live in?
