Guy, I had the respect to stay out of your playground, so stay out of mine. Bad companies get capital infusion all the time. Have you ever heard of death -spiral convertables, 504's,warrants,REG s? As long as there is a discount to the stated value or convertability feature crappy companies will get money. Give me one reason why this this non reporting BB company with no sales is even close to worth 150MM market cap. One! The reason you are mad is because you are starting to realize you made a mistake. I'm very sorry about this. I don't like people to lose money. Why do you think we targeted this comapny. Because we were bored. No! Because it is way way overvalued, no proven track record, and no positive fundamentals. Ask yourself if the comapny was so great, why couldn't they go public in a conventional way. VC's are drooling to fund these companies and link them to major underwriters.Why did they have to give a promoter 40,000 shares and $125,000 in cash. Normal companies don't do this. Most investors don't even know the market cap of companies they invest in. I hope you head my warning thart the stock is going lower. Not because we are shorting it but because it is way way overvalued. Please take this constructively rather than get in a flame war. Rob
