Just what makes you to become the authority to speak for the court of the United States? And the voice of most people? How do you know the internal working of DOJ? How do you know its strategy? By the way, I don't short MSFT. I long MSFT. But that doesn't mean I think MSFT will win. Remember, most people felt O.J. Simpson was guilty, the verdict says otherwise. Most people opinion has no bearing on this case. The only person that matters is Judge Thomas Penfield. Hey Byron, We know you are a scared MSFT short. Listen to the voice and comments of most people. MSFT will win in the end! DOJ will try to save its face by issuing a few warnings such as This IS Bad Practice which almost every other companies are doing it.
