Entrepreneur Unveils '11th Hour' Y2K Fix

NEW YORK, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The world's first genuine, proven, and
newly patented Y2K solution will be unveiled on Thursday, March 4 at
11:00 a.m. in the Beekman Ballroom of Manhattan's Beekman Tower Hotel,
3 Mitchell Place (49th Street and 1st Avenue).
Chinese Engineer Decao Mao and American businessman Richard Decker devised
a revolutionary solution to the Y2K computer crisis. "This unique tool can
fix domestic and worldwide Y2K computer problems, in a fraction of the time,
fraction of the cost, and none of the risk associated with anything else in
existence" says Decker, Vice President of StepWise Solutions, the Long Island
New York company that owns the process and is poised to deploy it worldwide.
StepWise Solutions has a patented, automated solution ("StepWare 2000") for
assisting companies with remediation of their computer systems to be Year 2000
compliant. The patent was granted in September 1997. StepWise completed the
development of the product in June of 1998. Since then StepWise has been
working with integration firms and enterprises worldwide to prove the tool's
power and efficacy in accomplishing this formidable task.
The "Hybrid radix Year 2000 Solution" will be introduced by noted
international Y2K authority William Ulrich, author of "The Year 2000 Crisis:
Challenge of the Century" and computer consultant to numerous Governments and
Fortune 2000 companies. According to Ulrich, "This tool can solve more of the
existing Y2K problems in both the private and government sectors -- and do it
cleanly, safely, economically, efficiently, and faster."
StepWise will debut its "Global Remediation Effort" via a secured,
Lockheed Martin hosted web site, over which code will be linked to the
company's worldwide partner locations including United States, China, Hong
Kong, South Korea, India, South Africa, Latin America, Canada, et.al.
