Mr Z, I think this is a good strategy. Keeping numbers out of the PR's allows small investors from the Babe Ruth League to get in. The more investors you can get in at these prices with a vested interest in TSIG, the more stable the stock will be in the long term.
Also, MM that see the bigger picture want to shake out the uninformed and collect stock.
I am sure if they wanted to run the stock they would put out numbers.
IMO, The more not-for-profits that you can firm up deals with, the more investors you will get in at these levels. When you finally put out numbers you will have a lot of happy campers in those organizations.
